From Monday 19 June 2023, is changing to

If your web browser or password manager normally prefills your username and password, this won’t happen the first time you visit

You will need to manually enter your username and password the first time you visit

If you don’t know your password, you can try the following steps:


Option 1 – locate it in your password manager

  1. In your password manager, locate your current username and password for 
  2. Then visit
  3. Enter your username and password, then click ‘Sign in’.
  4. If prompted by your password manager, save your username and password for


Option 2 – reset your password

If you can’t find your existing password:

  1. Visit
  2. Click ‘Forgot your username or password?’
  3. Enter your email, then click ‘Send me the password resent link’.
  4. Check your inbox and junk mail folders for an email with instructions to reset your password.
  5. Once you have reset your password, you will be signed in to
  6. If prompted by your password manager, save your username and new password for

And you’re done! Next time you visit your password manager will prefill your username and password.
